Review of the documents

Based on the documents submitted, we get an initial picture and compare experiences and backgrounds with the respective job profile. If we find a suitable position, the next step is to arrange a virtual meeting.

Get to know us virtually

The first meeting with the People & Organization Department will take place virtually. This allows us to provide an overview of our company and address any questions regarding the vacancy.

Get to know us personally

The final and most important step is an in-person meeting on-site. During this meeting, we will go over the details of the position together with the relevant manager, give you a tour of our office environment, and show you the potential new workspace. A decision will be made afterward.
